My weekly yoga courses take place online and thus offer you a flexible solution to easily integrate yoga in a group into your everyday life. Beginners and advanced are welcome and the yoga classes are themed.

Beginners and advanced levels
In private yoga units, we work in a goal-oriented manner based on your wishes. It doesn’t matter whether you are a complete beginner or advanced. We work out your goals together and I design the yoga classes individually according to your needs!
Back to your balance | 60 min | 150 euros
Do you have physical complaints and want to specifically strengthen your body and bring it back into balance? In this course, we start with an anamnesis and a body scan and analyze your body together. The therapy is holistic. The course includes going through your eating habits and daily structure. After the analysis, there will be a new appointment, in which I will present your personal therapy plan. You will receive a plan individually tailored to your needs, which includes personal yoga classes from me (in video format), but also a meditation session. We meet at different time intervals and discuss the course as well as the development and adapt them to your plans.
